The Orange County community mourns the death of Mrs Mary C Ruffin near Hillsboro at about 8 o clock from heart trouble. She was 83 and widow of Judge Thomas Ruffin, survived by a daughter, two sons and many relatives. Funeral at St Matthew s Church Wednesday May 13 at 5 30 p m. Local items note Confederate graves decorated, and county accounts approved.
