Sea Pigeons In Millions Swarm From Sea To River

Millions of sea pigeons swept into Baker's Bay and the lower Columbia last week trailing huge sardine schools. They flew three to four deep with up to a score abreast, moving at least fifty miles per hour. Some flocks lingered over the bar for hours.
