Orange Draft CAPER seeks public input on FY 2002-03
The City of Orange announces the Draft FY 2002-03 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report CAPER for HUD funded CDBG and HOME programs. Public review runs September 12 to September 26 2003 with comments due by 5 30 p.m. September 26 2003. Written comments should be sent to Mary Ellen Laster in the Economic Development Department. Copies are available at City Hall the City Clerk office and the Main Library.
