Downtown Parking Ordinance Approved in Mills County

World Day of Prayer Program Friday at First Christian Church

Problems at State School Highlight Care Gaps

Harbor cites reports that nearly 40 workers quit at Glenwood state institution for the mentally retarded while state Rep. William Scherle visits after letters of complaint. Moving Day For Nerve Center And Police In Glenwood

The Glenwood Nerve Center and Police Department moved into new head offices across the hall marking the end of a month long relocation. The radio station was moved, all equipment relocated, and the nerve center will become conference space for city officials while the police department sits adjacent to the city clerk. Interstate 79 is slated to open from I own 370 south to US 34 by year end 1970.
