Charitable luncheon honors Mrs Anna Tueffel on 72nd birthday
Mrs Eva Speck Correspondent reports a noon luncheon Thursday at the Parish Hall attended by 34 Golden Agers in cold snowy weather. They heard Luke’s Christmas story in German and English, sang carols, and enjoyed a 4:30 PM lunch by the ALCW. Other community gatherings included holiday dinners, baptisms, and Legion Auxiliary activities as local families shared news and visits. Julie Deltchler remained in intensive care at Edmundson hospital after a Friday night one car crash.
