Franz W Martin of Windsor has been appointed advertising manager of Chrysler Corporation of Canada Limited. C O Hurry, vice president in charge of sales, announced the move. Martin joined the company 22 years ago and has spent 11 years in the sales division, rising to sales staff executive. He was born in Windsor 43 years ago and is a graduate of local schools, Chrysler Institute of Engineering, and the Conference of Business Management.

Grand Union Reports Five Million Dollar Profit Rise in 1956
The Grand Union Company reports net income of 5,049,315 for the 52 week year ended March 2 1957, up 41 percent from 3,584,125 in the prior 53 week year. New Warble Treatment Shows Promise In Ontario Trial
The Ontario Veterinary College and North Halton farmers tested an oral Warble treatment in January on about 800 cattle, with 431 treated and 392 controls. Among 823 checked, treated cattle had 18 Warble lumps while untreated had 2854 lumps, suggesting potential effectiveness pending licensing. Dr. A R Campbell led the field work.
