Notice to Creditors In the Estate of Mary Rutherford Lindsay
Notice is given under Section 66 of the Trustees Act that creditors and others with claims against the estate of Mary Rutherford Lindsay widow deceased who died November 18 1919 at Georgetown are to send claims with details by March 27 1920 to the executors Christina Lindsay Flockard Lindsay and James F Lindsay. After that date the executors will distribute the assets and will not be liable to any claimant who did not give notice in time. Georgetown February 23 1920.
