James Richardson a Georgetown hardware merchant faced the death of his brother Walter C Richardson in Philadelphia after a period of illness. Walter Richardson, born in Pickering Ontario to Quaker parents, had a lengthy career including tenures in New York and Philadelphia and served as general manager at John Wanamaker Company since 19H. He left a wife a daughter Margaret and a Pickering sister Miss Elizabeth Richardson of Pickering. The community extends sympathy to the Richardson family.
