Speyside Highland Games debut at Georgetown Fairgrounds
The first Speyside Highland Games comes to Halton Hills this Saturday with 500 dance entrants and about 20 bands. Events include tossing the caber stone putt farmer's walk tug of war and a live sheep dog contest. Opening ceremonies begin 12 45 after a Remembrance Park parade led by Chieftain MPP Jim Snow with free tickets for seniors and local children.
