The Georgetown ambulance volunteers report 11 years since the first Cadillac run on July 13 1967. In 1968 the unit logged 255 runs and over 8500 miles in lifesaving transports. Since 1957 they have answered 2159 calls and traveled 62 088 miles. The group, all unpaid, trained in first aid, operates a four stretcher Cadillac with oxygen and room for four patients.
