Survey to Set Credit High Water Mark Approved by Council

A 39300 survey to establish credit high water mark for Credit river properties and Georgetown was approved by Monthay town council. The conservation authority will undertich en the survey with the town contributing ahead of cost. Dr Roy Ballentine says the area will be conservation land though opposition from Mayor Gibbons, Heese Hunter, and Cr Bob Francis was voiced in private.
