County council held its last meeting of the year with all members present and three retiring from municipal politics. Minutes and correspondence were read. finance and county service payments were approved, including payments to W L Dick for services on a forestation property purchase. Proposals included a by law on tractors on county roads and a plan to share costs for relocating utilities on roads.Further talks covered Halton Peel House of Refuge, a joint meeting with Halton council, and arrangements for a physician appointment after spring assizes.
