Fall Injures Young Worker at East Side Home

Oscar Quale, employed by Eugene Horton, fell from a roof on the east side yesterday. He struck his abdomen on a picket fence, leaving him in critical condition. The incident occurred at the same house where a painter died last summer.

Olympia Abstract and Title Insurance Case on Appeal

The Olympia Abstract and Title Insurance Company appealed from Justice Rathbun's court to the superior court yesterday. The company had supplied A W Guislu with an abstract of title to property on Capital Hill, but omitted certain instruments of record. Guislu refused to pay, claiming the document was not an abstract, and the company sued to recover the charged price.
