Arrowhead Monument Unveiled At Old Fort Sunday
More than five thousand people attended the unveiling of the arrowhead monument in Old Fort's public square. Speeches honored pioneer settlers, with remarks by Dr. D M McIntosh J Hampton Rich Zebulon Weaver and others. The ceremony featured tribal leaders, a pipe of peace and a surprise message from R E Simpson. Little Miss Margaret Nesbitt unveiled the monument.
