W G Reed of Biltmore died March 30 after a long illness. A pioneer Buncombe County figure he served as tax collector for years and led the Asheville Construction quarry foreman for eleven years. The pastor of Rutherford College will conduct services at the Methodist Church next Sunday morning. Special music will be furnished by the Rutherford College quartet. Everyone is invited to attend all services.
