British aviators report from France and Belgium that since March 21 they have accounted for 3000 German airplanes and dropped more than a thousand tons of bombs on enemy targets. The campaign continues, with British and French air forces active and bombing missions ongoing.
Allied air squadrons with French forces conducted large scale bombing behind German lines on the French front. In a notable moment, 14 allied aircraft operated simultaneously in bombing runs, signaling intensified cooperation and impact on the battlefield.
British aviators shot down twelve German aircraft and destroyed one by fire during Monday’s fighting, with bombing targeting railway stations and balloons. Four British airplanes were also involved in the action.
