Feige is accused in Norine Evans death as the coroner’s jury recommended a cure for the tragedy. Springfield Illinois July 29 As reports of continued riot disturbances in Chicago reached the governor's office Adjutant General Frank Dicks on telegrams to national guard company commanders statewide urged immediate readiness for possible mobilization The Ninth and Tenth regiments of the National Guard and the Fifth and Sixth regiments of the Illinois Reserve Militia were instructed to prepare with the Ninth already en route to Chicago if needed
Report from la ciudad de Paso says Mexican rebels dynamited a railway train in the Sierras about a hundred miles east of Meson City. Ninety three people died and many were wounded including German college students from Puebla. Rebels also attacked another line near Meves City, killing a conductor and wounding ten enginemen. In Madrid, Guerra heads the Spanish deputies while Sanches Averra is named president of the chamber.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 oclock tomorrow in Joe Deupree’s court after a postponement from this morning due to a conflict with the Carle brothers case.
