Giants in Ohio caves reveal ancient tombs and copper artifacts
A Manchester Ohio correspondent reports in Adams County a cave on the Smith farm near the Portsmouth pike containing a nine foot mummy, a colossal mausoleum with bas reliefs, twenty five painted portraits, copper weapons and a book of copper leaves. Explorers describe a multi chamber cavern with a limestone floor, stalagmites, and a well leading to a ninth chamber.
