Ogden City adopts a comprehensive streets and sidewalks plan. It fixes street names and widths, sets main avenues and bench streets, defines grade standards, sidewalk widths, curb rules, shade-tree placement, and prohibits overhanging structures without consent. It names Union Square Liberty Square and Seater Park Square, outlines inspection, penalties, and enforcement provisions.
The ordinance mandates labeling of drugs and medicines with legible English labels. Prescriptions must be written in English, include patient name, date, and signer, and be kept for reference. Violations incur fines up to $100 or 100 days in jail.
A city chapter prohibits riding or driving animals faster than a walk on the Ogden River and Weber River bridges and limits herd movements on earth bridges to thirty head.
