Dan J. Rosebrook Buried in Fayette Funeral Rites Held
Fayette Special services for Dan J. Rosebrook aged 60 were held Monday at Bellis Funeral Home with Rev. R Noland officiating. Buried in Grandview cemetery. Rosebrook, 83, died at his daughter’s home in Manchester after three weeks illness and a heart attack. An interior decorator, he had lived with his daughter Dennis Jonathan Rosebrook was born June 16, 1865 in Ripon Wisconsin to Jonathan and Phoebe Rosebrook. He married Cynthia Sabin July 15, 1890 in Detroit Lakes Minnesota and had two daughters Irene and Doris. Doris Dauston survives with the widow.

12 inch potatoes grown near Fayette by local farmer
A local woman delivered three potatoes at least 12 inches in circumference to the REGISTER office. They were grown by Mrs Charlies Clark on a farm near Fayette. The Clarks have harvested 30 to 40 bushels so far and say the entire potato plot has not been dug yet.
