Nazi General Blaskowitz Dies in Prison Jump Before War Trial
Gen Johannes Blaskowitz, once a German commander in the Netherlands, killed himself by leaping from a guard rail in Nuremberg prison hours before he was to stand trial with 13 other Nazi leaders for war crimes.
