All-Star Game Set for Iowa Wisconsin Rivalry in Dubuque

The first annual Iowa Wisconsin All-Star basketball game will be played April 10 at 7:30 p.m. in the Dubuque Senior High School Gym. Iowa coach Dick Schultz will lead the Iowa team with Taylor Hayes of William Penn assisting. Notable players include Iowa All-American Fred Brown, Tom Bush, and Drake’s Bobby Jones. Wisconsin will be coached by John Powless with Don Anderson assisting, and players from Marquette and small Wisconsin colleges will join. Proceeds benefit blinded Iowa player James Speed. tickets cost 2.50 for reserved and 2 general admission.
