Horse falls on Mil street crossing injuring horse
Ira Bowman drove a buggy horse on the Mil street concrete crossing Saturday morning. The horse stumbled while turning a corner in haste to catch the south bound train near the station, bruising the animal and breaking a buggy shaft.
