Bad Check Artist Arrested After Chase Across Town

Marshal Herndon arrested Everett Luallen in a Terre Haute fraud case after a high speed pursuit from southwest of town. Luallen, later taken to Terre Haute, faced multiple checks amounting to over 17 dollars plus other cases linked to his sales of automobiles and mortgages.
