Local Farmer Zacharian Garten Dies on Street
Zachariah Garten well known farmer and stock-raiser in the county died of heart failure after collapsing on Race Street near the Christian Church Sunday afternoon. He was about 70, survived by two daughters and several brothers. Funeral held at Good Hope Church with burial at Walrus Hill cemetery. Other notes include town business items and community notices.
