W E Keer announces as a candidate for Assessor of Madison township subject to the Republican nomination convention. Z M Garten is also announced as a candidate for the same post subject to the Republican convention decision.
The Republicans of Madigan township are notified to meet in convention at Odon on Saturday March 22 1890 to choose township officers and complete the township committee. Chairman F. B. Arroap presides. The piece ends with partisan taunts about the Democrat editor and local politics.
