High School Basketball Doubleheader Ends in Chaos

The Goat Bucked Canaries McAtee Injured During Initiation
Charles McAtee sued the Modern Woodmen lodge in Arrowsmith Illinois for 2000 dollars after a mechanical goat used in an initiation bucked him. He testified he was blindfolded placed atop the goat which hopped bucked and threw him to the floor then stood on him briefly before he lost consciousness. The lodge denied serious injury and the case drew a large crowd.
