Granary Fall Injures Local Farmer Emanuel Haniericihwuise
Emanuel Haniericihwuise, a prominent county farmer, fell from a granary loft when loose floor boards gave way. He was found bleeding, unconscious briefly, and transported by Dr. Selfridge at Eaglesville. Ribs were broken and ligaments damaged, but he has since regained some mobility.
Elnora Voters Back White River Bridge Plan
Citizens of Elnora township favor a bridge across the White River near the Weis man ferry about one and a half miles west of inern. Breaks Leg In Fall From Car
Five year old Cecil Nolly son of Gren Nalie fell from a box car on the Sofewitel near home Monday evening about 6 30 and broke his left leg while climbing over cars. He was freed after being suspended by his ears and taken to Des Moines for treatment by Rankin and DeMotte. He will be unable to move about for weeks but is recovering.
