The Chautauqua opens Friday August 16 and runs to Tuesday with Old Settlers starting Thursday the 22nd. Miss Ozier will arrive for advance planning as tickets move through Stotts and Kilpatrick. President Wilson endorses the event as national defense, and 118 speakers will deliver patriotic service and war-related messages.
