Medford Wood formerly of Cody Nebraska and Miss Pearl Seneff were married at the bride’s east Odon home with Rev. Ernest Roberts officiating. The ceremony followed a piano duet by Miss Nelle Breden and a Lohengrin march. The couple will reside in east Odon.

Private Samuel Asdell Dies at Camp Grant of Pneumonia
Private Samuel Clarence Asdell of the Army, born April 24 1896, died at Camp Grant Base Hospital near Rockford Illinois from pneumonia after a head injury and brain tumor. He left a job at All steel Equipment Co. Aurora Illinois to serve, and was honored by family, church, Red Cross, and YMCA. Burial followed in Scotland Cemetery after services in Scotland with Rev J H McCann and Rev Edwin Shake.
