G I MubLorp of Priceton Indiana writes to the Journal correcting a prior item about a rail trip from Odon to Princeton. He states the route went via Washington and Oakland City, explains a derailment three miles north of Rogers, and notes no serious injuries to himself or son, with only minor damage to the carriage and a delayed arrival. J G Cortney The Jeweler promotes gold filled watches valued from two hundred fourteen to fifty dollars. He urges buyers not to miss the chance before purchasing.
Steven A Johnson appeared in Washington selling counterfeit Green Goods at a bargain. Detective T J Call arranged a sting using an innocent buyer to pay $15 for $50 of goods, but Johnson vanished with the money and the crock, leaving Call to lament the failed trap.
