Obituary of Levina Weaver Known for Service and Faith
Levina Weaver died at her home west of town at about 5 miles from the city on Wednesday from general debility. Born November 3, 1851 in Orange County Indiana she was 67. She married David Weaver in 1876 and had two children John and Elva Pearl. Funeral at Mud Pike church with Rev Gilley and Rev Roberts, burial at Walnut Hill. She leaves son John five grandchildren and one uncle Martin Elkins of Linton.

Man Accidental Shooting Kills Wife at Clarivari
Marion Sipes twenty of Terre Haute accidentally shot and killed his wife while loading a gun at an old-fashioned clarivari Saturday evening.
