FAANKFORTHY December 8 The Court of Appeals decides in favor of Scott Jackson granting him a new trial Tuesday. Judge James H. Hazellrigg is writing the opinion and says the Walling case is ready but awaits his notes. The Jackson opinion will be about 40 pages. the judge implies associates should review it first.
