There was no parade stretching a mile with fraternal groups and officials.
Mrs Vice President Stevenson president of the Daughters of the Revolution calls a meeting to organize a new chapter in the city. Mrs Dr James HB Taylor elected regent and many Blooming-ton ladies join the society. A courier reports Yaqui bands forming near Casinipi as Mexican revolution grows. Admiral Stanton, removed for saluting an insurgent, arrives in New York after voyages from Filo Janeiro and Southampton.
Washington December 4. Sugar whisky and the income tax delay the tariff bill revision. Commissioners disagree on whisky tax plans while seeking revenue. A bonded period proposal by distillers threatens admin aims, potentially lowering revenue if unlimited. The sugar schedule ties to whisky, with possible removal of bounty altering pricing. The body of Lucius Holt, a Black man, was found hanging from a tree three miles from Concord, after a mob killed him weeks after the white man Arthur Reynolds was murdered. Holt confessed at the preliminary hearing. a large armed crowd then lynched him, firing on the body.
Sixth Ward, N Y reports witnesses must attend at 11 a m Monday for the execution of John Delfino the Brooklyn Italian murderer in the Sing Sing electric chair. Delfino grows nervous as the hour nears and is prepared for death by Father Creedon of the Sing Sing Catholic parish.

Harris Sordon and Brice Hicke of Indianapolis were tried in Martinsville Indiana for robbing James Hamilton, an aged farmer in the county, of nearly $200. They received ten years in prison and a fifty dollar fine each.
Seven indictments were returned against Lewis C. Arthur county treasurer of Reprogra Virginia charging misappropriation of public funds and school funds. The short amount is estimated at 9600 dollars.
