Dr George W Corner anatomist who helped isolate progesterone and contributed to birth control pill development died at 92 while visiting his son in Huntsville Alabama He served as executive officer of the American Philosophical Society and held positions at Johns Hopkins University University of Rochester and other institutions He was survived by his son Dr George Corner Jr and two grandsons.
