In Washington Township New Jersey Janice Petrowsky known as The Witch died at home and lay undiscovered for about a year. Neighbors recall her isolation harshly and officials say the cause of death cannot be determined though not suspicious. The home showed neglect with unpaid bills and vacant utilities.
