21 year old dies in freak accident at Huntsman plant
Jose Francisco Fuentes 21 of Odessa died after a high pressure hose incident while cleaning a vessel at Huntsman Corp in Odessa. Preliminary autopsy lists blunt force trauma to the chest. He worked for Total Jetting Co and was married with a 3 month old child. The sheriff says the hose operated at about 8000 psi. His family faces travel from Venezuela as plant officials offer help.
