TXU Electric seeks tariff approval for 2002 delivery rates
TXU Electric Company proposes tariffs to be effective January 1 2002 for its transmission and distribution utilities under Chapter 39 Subchapter E of the Texas Utilities Code. The filing includes stranded costs a business separation plan and a new CCN for its proposed transmission company. The proceeding aims to set nonbypassable delivery charges for retail electric providers. Affected customers include TXU Electric and TXU SESCO Company customers. Intervene by July 10 2000.
