Airplane ride stalls hurt 33 at Six Flags Over Georgia

At least 33 people were injured when the Great Airplane Race ride stalled sending miniature planes crashing into one another and stranding riders up to four hours. 65 were aboard. Some riders were rescued from as high as 100 feet. The ride, opened May 11, is produced by Intamin and was closed for emergency inspection.
