House debates bill to curb teen abortion travel

Proponents say it protects minors, while opponents warn it pushes girls toward dangerous, unmonitored options and endangers those seeking help. The measure targets nonparents who escort minors out of state for abortion, drawing White House and Senate scrutiny amid Clinton's stance on abortion rights.
