Indictment in capital murder case of teen in Odessa deaths
An Ector County grand jury indicted 17 year old Gabe McDonald on capital murder for the March 2 shooting deaths of his parents at their 5304 Conley Ave home. Prosecutors say he admitted shooting them as they slept with a Taurus 9mm. The death penalty is not available for under 18, so a conviction would carry life with possible parole.
