Texas probate judge Guy Herman allocated parts of David Overton’s estate, including gold coins valued at 390000 dollars and cash of 170000 dollars, between two close friends Hal Fellows and Ron Flory and a California research institute linked to alien belief. The case arose from Overton’s 1996 death and his long unusual life, with the coins never reaching the Phoenix Institute for Research and Education as intended.
