Midland Memorial Hospital MMH reports a $4.5 million profit for the last fiscal year as it advances a three story medical office building expansion and eyes profits from the potential sale of a campus. Poll workers in place for Odessa municipal elections
Ector County Elections Administrator Robert S Mendoza said federal observers will monitor 23 polling sites to ensure Voting Rights Act compliance during today's Odessa municipal elections. He noted 21 bilingual workers exist and expects a small, quiet election from 7 am to 7 pm with one city council seat, two hospital board seats, one OC seat and three ECISD seats on the ballot.
