Prince Charles delays in Wellington during foot and mouth fumigation

Prince Charles arrived in Wellington on a 13 day New Zealand tour and faced a brief 10 minute delay as quarantine officers fumigated his RAF VC10 aircraft amid concerns over foot and mouth disease.
