Walnut walnuts win CIA recipe contest grand prize
Christine Leopold of Hyde Park campus won the grand prize of three thousand dollars in a Walnut Marketing Board contest at the Culinary Institute of America for Roasted Fennel Soup With Walnuts and Stilton. Karen Bornarth of CIA Greystone, Calif., won first in desserts with Walnut Macaroons.
