Hospital retreat to set priorities for Medical Center Hospital
The Ector County Hospital District will hold a three day strategic retreat at the Hotel Paisano in Marfa with 25 to 30 Medical Center Hospital officials including board members executive staff medical ProCare and IT staff. They will discuss quality community health clinical integration and financial sustainability to address uncompensated care and funding gaps while aligning on service lines and mission.
