Odessa man charged with murder in Andrews County shooting
An 18 year old Odessa man Edwin Rascon is accused of fatally shooting 23 year old Roberto Martinez Gomez Martinez during a dispute over a child protective services hearing. Rascon later fled with three men, leading to an Amber Alert and his eventual arrest. He faces a first degree murder charge and transfer to Andrews County jail is planned.
