Mother accused of fetus murder in Utah case

Melissa Ann Rowland, 28, faces a first degree murder charge over the Jan delivery of twins in Salt Lake City. Rowland’s attorney cites long mental illness history. The case raises abortion rights questions and potential charges against mothers who do not follow medical advice.
