Court refuses to stop execution in Indiana case
Indiana Clemency Commission unanimously refused a petition to halt Monday's execution of murderer Steven T. Judy. The U S Supreme Court rejected a separate request by inmate Larry Williams to block Judy's electrocution. Judy planned a news conference at Indiana State Prison after the ruling.
