Confessed killer at center of long state hospital dispute

FBI bugging suit targets Cicilline offices and mob figures

More than 30 plaintiffs led by William Kunstler sue the Justice Department after the FBI admitted bugging the Providence offices of lawyer John F. Cicilline for about a month in 1980.
